Architecture & integration
Cloud-based deployment with OAUTH2 authentication via Keycloak or Okta. A C# back-end API, front-end Razor pages and a Python engine for urgent or non-standard requirements. Drag-and-drop configuration moves data from source to database with control over parallel processes and back-pressure. Integration runs east-west to third-party systems — service assurance, inventory, outdoor facility and asset systems — feeding performance, fault, status, real-time and event data into a columnar database. Delivery can run separately from development, with a co-development model that builds in-house operator autonomy over time.
